Reginald Reglus is WONDERFUL! We asked a lot of him; we wanted our house sold in 1 month, as it was, with minimal haggling. We had an offer within 7 days and closed within 3 weeks for a higher price than we thought we would get.

Reggie's approach to selling our rather unique home was a combination of marketing knowledge and ingenuity, an appreciation of the house and its history, and sensitivity to our needs as clients. We were very impressed with the way in which he researched the house and the local market and utilized that insight to set price expectations and to help us prepare the house for showing.. He compiled a detailed book containing all the relevant information a potential buyer would want to know, including a neighborhood profile, school information, background on the house, etc. We loved the book!

Reggie guided us through every step of the sales process, from preparation for showing through the closing. He visited the house prior to showing and made valuable suggestions about what we could do to make it more attractive to potential buyers. When an offer was made, Reggie made inquiries about the reliability and competence of the other agent and kept us updated as the process moved forward. His suggestions at each stage were correlated to our interests and goals.

Reggie is a consummate professional. He always made himself accessible if we had questions and returned emails/phone calls promptly. He kept us informed about showings, potential offers, potential buyer feedback, etc. In addition, we really enjoyed just talking with him- he's a great guy.
